It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles N Botka Sr. (Wakefield, Rhode Island), who passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Charles Botka and Lydia Katrina Wilkenning Botka; and his daughter Debra. He is survived by: his significant other Alwilda "Allie" Botka; his caregivers, Gloria, Melissa, Mandi, Susan, Cindy and Sashalee; and his children, Charles Botka Jr. (Sheila) of Charlestown, Deborah Williams of Florida and Sandra McMinn of Tennessee. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
