She was predeceased by: her husbands, Ellis H. Maris, Jr. and Dr. Arthur D. Jeffrey; her parents, Carrie Doody and Daniel Doody; her siblings, Dan Doody and Miriam Bradley; and her stepdaughter Jill Rodriquez.
She is survived by: her stepson Andrew Jeffrey; and her grandchildren, David, Becky, Meg and Will. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
