He is survived by: his wife Judith Holmes (Medeiros); his daughter Virginia Karwowski (Ginny); his granddaughters, Julianna and Katelynn Karwowski; and his siblings, Mansfield Holmes (Joe), Bill Holmes, Jim Holmes, Bob Holmes and Kathy Holmes DiPietro. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, good friends and co-workers.
