He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Souza (Hinze). He is survived by: his wife Melanie L. Souza; his father Barry Souza; his children, Katlyn Souza and Devin Souza; his granddaughter Alexis Ceiley; his sister Tiffany Souza; and his mother-in-law Corrine Brouillard (late Arthur Brouillard).
