He is survived by: his wife Sheila Ann Mulcahy (Arruda); his father Robert Mulcahy; his daughters, Tara Mulcahy and Audrey Mulcahy; his siblings, Dawn Mulcahy and Charles Mulcahy; his stepdaughters, Stephanie Valente (Nathan) and Ashley Arruda; his grandchildren, Damian, Dalton, Chayce, Ella and Grayson; his nieces and nephews, Matthew Mulcahy, Tyler Mulcahy, Steven Mulcahy, Katie Mulcahy and Debbie Mulcahy; and his parents-in-law, Janice and Davis Smith (Cheryl Mulcahy).
