He was predeceased by: his parent Oscar Paul; his child Reginald Campbell of Arizona; his grandchild Kristine Cude of Nebraska; his sibling Leonard Campbell of Florida; and his significant other Shirley M. Cory.
He is survived by: his grandfather Joseph Martineau; his parent Laura Campbell (Martineau); his daughters, Patricia Cude (Dwight) and Leanne Meyers (Allen) of Nebraska; his grandchildren, Cynthia, Stephanie Cude, Courtney Meyer MD and Brandon Meyer of Nebraska; his great grandchildren, Tanell Smith, Breelyn Smith of Pheonix, AZ and Allison Maxwell Meese of Hickman, NE; his grandchildren, Adriana, Amanda, Becky, Ty, Sara and Justin; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Teagan, Logan, Hazel, Fitz, Wyatt, Freddie and Zoe; and also, Lynne, Jay and Alana.
