He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Diogenes (Fernandes) and Manuel S. Diogenes; and his siblings, Mary Cabral and Louis Diogenes. He is survived by: his wife Madeleine Diogenes (Arruda); his children, Charles Diogenes and Monica Kelly (Donald); his grandchildren, Raymond Dunlea (Vania) and Andrea Dunlea; and his great grandchildren, Cameron Medeiros, Olivia Dunlea and Serenity Coyle. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be to St Jude Children's Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105 in his memory.
