She was predeceased by: her spouse Simeon "Sam" Costa; her parent John Aguiar; and her child Paul Costa. She is survived by: her parent Maria Mathias Aguiar (Souza); her son Stephen P. Costa (Nancy) of Plymouth; her daughter-in-law Diane M. Costa; her grandchildren, Russell P., Ryan T., Todd S. and Timothy S. Costa; her great grandchildren, Justin, Zachary, Sean, Alex, Logan, Taylor, Jamie, Lucy and Henry; her child George T. Costa; and her siblings, Antonio Mathias, Mary Correia, Eva Mendes and Anna Costa Carvalho. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
