He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Chouinard (Campion); his parents, Louis Chouinard and Blanche Chouinard (Ringuette); and his sister Lucille Ringuette. He is survived by: his daughters, Judith Whalen (Edward) of Swansea, MA and Nancy Murray (Timothy) of Tiverton, R. I.; his grandchildren, Patricia Rodrigues (Alan) of Swansea, MA and Timothy Murray; his great grandchild Emma; and his brother Paul Chouinard (Muriel) of San Antonio, TX.
