Jose J. D'Arruda Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2025, Jose J. D'Arruda of Tiverton, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Jose farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jose is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Silvino D'Arruda and Anne D'Arruda. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy D'Arruda; and his sons, Peter (Kim) of Cary, Robert of Milwaukee and Jeffrey (Tammy) of Concord. He is also survived by his five grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hathaway Community Home For Funerals (900 Buffinton St, Somerset, MA 02726). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
