He was predeceased by: his parents, Arseno "Sammy" Garcia and Helena Garcia (Perry); and his grandson Lucas Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary (Arruda); his children, Stacey Silvia (John) and Michael Garcia; his stepchildren, Corey Hebert (Liza) and Melanie Hebert; his brother James Garcia (Suzanne); and his aunt Florence Campos. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
