He is survived by: his spouse Genevieve J. Jancarik (Pachurek); his sons, James Jancarik (Kathleen) and John Jancarik (Patricia); and his grandchildren, Katelyn Jancarik, Jamie Jancarik-Hofmann, Douglas Jancarik, Alexander Jancarik, Gregory Jancarik and Gordon Jancarik.
