Dolores Louise Carreiro Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolores Louise Carreiro of Tiverton, Rhode Island, who passed away on August 5, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James S. Sullivan and Helena Sullivan (Arsnow); her husband Edward J. Carreiro, Sr.; her son Edward J. Carreiro, Jr.; and her siblings, James F. Sullivan, Donald E. Sullivan and Rosemary Murphy.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Anne) of Lauderdale and Mary F. Caine (Peter) of Middletown, RI.; her grandchildren, Eric, Robert Elaine (Katie), Grace, Christopher, Nathaniel, Ian Carreiro, James Diotte (Robin), William, Benjamin and Matthew Caine; her sisters-in-law, Barbara Goncalo and Elaine Clark; and her daughters-in-law, Nancy Carreiro and Christine Schroeder. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dolores' memory may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in honor of her favorite Saint.
