We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2023, at the age of 88, Constance DeMello of Tiverton, Rhode Island, born in Dartmouth, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gloria Cambra Amarantes and John Amarantes; her husband Charles DeMello Jr.; and her siblings, John, Gilbert, Robert, Albert, James Amarantes and Lorraine Silvia.
She is survived by: her children, Richard C., Charles DeMello III (Amalia) of Tiverton, William DeMello of Tennessee, Wendy Ferreira (Edward) of Dartmouth and Tami L. Donahue of Portsmouth, RI.; and her siblings, Margaret Barboza and Manuel Amarantes. She is also survived by 9 granddaughters and 7 grandsons as well as several great grandchildren.
