He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lillian "Virginia" Leccese, Donald E. Leonard, Madeline Anyan and Howard Leonard; and his parents, Nora Leonard (Grottke) and Deuane Leonard.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth C. Leonard (DeKay); and his extended family, Jerrilou Shofner, Tim Leonard and Tom Wagner.
