With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn E. Collins of Tiverton, Rhode Island, who passed away on June 29, 2020 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary E. Anthony (Robert), William K. Collins (Darlene) and Robert J. Collins; her nieces and nephews, Crystal Collins, Todd Collins and Rob Anthony; her great-niece Maddy; her great-nephew Logan Collins; and her cousins, Michael Sullivan, Patrick Sullivan, Dennis Sullivan, Tom Sullivan, Mary Cudworth, Susan Isacco (Cudworth), Ronald Cudworth, Michael Cudworth, Scott Cudworth and Dawn Benard.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations in Carol's memory be made to the Potter League for Animals, PO Box 412, Newport, RI 02840.
