He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Petrarca and Odelia Petrarca (Morris); and his sister Irene Roccio. He is survived by: his sons, Carmine A. Petrarca, Jr. (Susan), Anthony Petrarca and Michael Petrarca (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Nicolette, Samantha, Kimberly, Kirsten, Gregory, Bailey and Michael; his great grandchild Grayson; and his siblings, Elizabeth Villanueva, Carol Muccio, Joanne Kates, Marie Tartaglia, Della Smith, Sandra Rocchio, Eleanor DeAngelis, Margie Ramirez, Louise Simonelli, Frances Patterson, Delores Rea and Salvatore Tartaglia.
