She was predeceased by: her close friend George Houlker; her parents, Joseph F. Forsack and Josephine Forsack (Fuss); and her brother Joseph Forsack (Anne). She is survived by: her aunt Felicia Pruchnik; her nieces, Deborah Clark and Karen Manchester; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Donna Paiva, Heather Mestre, Taylor Clark, Joseph Manchester and Kyle Manchester; and also, Cassidy Paiva, Norah Mestre and Miles Mestre.
