Belcher of Tiverton, Rhode Island, born in Fall River, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 6, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husbands, Daniel Vieira and Norman E. Belcher; her parents, John Venancio and Silvana Venancio (Medeiros); and her son Russell G. Vieira.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth P. Vieira (Desiree Gilliland) of Tiverton; her grandson Michael R. Vieira of Portsmouth; her stepchildren, Bruce Belcher of Detroit, MI, Roy Belcher of Novato, CA and Carol Thomson of Myrtle Beach, SC; and her stepgrandchildren, Adam Belcher of Novato, CA and Lindsay Thomson of Myrtle Beach, SC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
