It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Anderson Sr. (South Kingstown, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on June 24, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara J. Anderson (Barnes); his parents, Gustaf F. Anderson and Signe E. Anderson (Pearson); his son Nizar Al-Nusif; and his siblings, Russell Anderson, Earl Anderson, Ralph Anderson, Ariel O and Connor.
He is survived by: his children, Robert W. Anderson (Joanne) of Moline, IL, Sgt. Walter G. Anderson, Jr (Joyce) of North Kingstown, Christopher B. Anderson of West Kingston, Susan E. Hawley (Joseph) of Norwalk, CT and Denise B. Anderson of Narragansett. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 12 great granschildren.
