We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2025, at the age of 79, Simon G. Harootian Jr. of South Kingstown, Rhode Island, born in Worcester, Massachusetts passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Simon G. Harootian Jr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Simon G. Harootian Sr. and Margaret Harootian (Ansbigian); his sister Carol Harootian; and his wife Roberta J. Harootian (Benoit). He is survived by: his children, Simon "Gidge" G. Harootian III (Sue), Danielle J. Chevalier (Andy) and Mark A. Harootian (Sarah DeRosa); and his grandchildren, Gavin, Zachary, Trevor, Amelia and Dylan.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, Inc. (88 Columbia St, Wakefield, RI 02879). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
