He was predeceased by: his wife Ellen Neff (Brown); his daughter April C. Neff; and his sister Elizabeth Nicholson. He is survived by: his son Brian Neff (Nancy) of Charlestown, RI; his granddaughters, Gretchen Neff Lambert (Daniel) and Madeline Neff; and his sister Joann DiCristofaro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
