He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur J. Nooney and Roma R. Nooney of Pawtucket; and his sister Ruth Jane Thurley (Nooney). He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, Jim Nooney and Sharon Bettis (Nooney); his children-in-law, Linda Nooney and Chap Bettis; his grandchildren, Kara Bettis Carvalho, Katelyn Nooney Goodenough, Chapman Bettis, Anna Nooney-Vinas, Rebekah Bettis, Nate Bettis, Elizabeth Nooney and Grace Nooney; and his great grandchildren, Carter James Goodenough and Hallie Grace Goodenough.
