He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Belknap and Rosemary Belknap (Blane). He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his son Nathan; his daughter-in-law Keeley Card; his grandchildren, Marley, Isabella and Mya Card; his brother James (Diane Belknap); his niece Jacqueline Belknap; his great-nephews, Aidan and Grayson Abilheira; his sisters-in-law, Susan Kilgore and Katherine DeMello; and his cousin Chris Blane.
