She is survived by: her husband Dr. James J. Downey III; her children, Melissa (Damon), Matthew (Julie) and Colleen; her grandchildren, James Zylewicz, Max Downey, Evelyn Downey, Rosalie Downey, Ryan Phelps and Oisin Driscoll; her sister Wendy Woodmansee; and her sister-in-law Julia Westcott.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Star of the Sea Church (864 Point Judith Rd, Narragansett, RI 02882). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
