He was predeceased by: his parent John "Jack" Flanagan; and his sibling Julie Ann Morris. He is survived by: his husband Lucie A. Flanagan (Vegiard); his parent Julie Flanagan (Dixon); his daughter Jamie R. Cipolla (Peter); his granddaughter Jennifer G. Cipolla; and also Cipolla III.
