She was predeceased by: her husband Paul J. Perkins; and her parents, Harold Gray and Mary Gray (Hannon). She is survived by: her children, Eileen Edel, Paul Michael Perkins (Carolyn), James Perkins and Thomas Perkins (Ed). She is also survived by four grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
