Smith; her daughters, Cassidy Swanson, Eric Smith of Concord and Lea Aruilio (James) of Chicago, IL.; her sisters, Nancy Jordan (John) and Maureen Lawton; her nephews, Matthew Jordan and Michael Jordan; her niece Savannah Rose Lawton; and her great-nieces, Ellie Jordan and Emmy Jordan.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Cindy's name may be made to South County Hospital, Hope Hospice Care, or the Jimmy Fund.
