He is survived by: his parents, Mark Collins and Elizabeth Collins (Roberts); his siblings, Jenna and Taylor; and his grandparents, Randall Collins, Margaret Collins and Sandra O'Brien (Ed Colby). He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, and tremendous friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Christopher Collins Memorial Fund, set up to shine a light on mental illness.
