It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles E Jacques of South Kingstown, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 20, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Bliven and Ernest Jacques; and his brother Robert Jacques. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Brenda DeMerchant (Keith), Eric Jacques (Alma) and Matthew Jacques (Michelle); his grandchildren, Kyle, Emily, Case, Camille, Charlie, Jimmy and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Sawyer and Charlotte; and his siblings, Ernest Jacques Jr., Martha Jacques, Phyllis Dillow, Bruce Jacques and Debra Ottaviani.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, Inc. (88 Columbia St, Wakefield, RI 02879). The military honors was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery (301 S County Trail, Exeter, RI 02822).
