We bid farewell to Carol A. Kiernan of South Kingstown, Rhode Island, born in Newark, New Jersey, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 13, 2025 at the age of 83. Carol touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Weston and Florence Weston (Nemethy); and her grandson Jake Downey. She is survived by: her husband James; her stepfather Robert Nelson; her daughters, Doreen Feeney (Chris) and Tara Kiernan Downey (Bob); and her grandchildren, Katherine Feeney, Erin Feeney, Meaghan Feeney, Norah Feeney, Kyle Keech, Aidan Keech, Shannon McGarty and Logan Downey.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home (88 Columbia St, Wakefield, RI 02879). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
