He was predeceased by: his brother James Nichols. He is survived by: his daughter Patti Collinson; his granddaughters, Cassie and Jessica Collinson; and his sisters, Catherine "Kay" Atkinson, Maureen Scanlon, Anne Garlock and Margaret Toole.
