He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle G. Ramsbey and Irene J. Ramsbey (Stickley); and his brothers, Gene S. Ramsbey and Richard M. Ramsbey. He is survived by: his spouse Theil E. Ramsbey (Baumann); his children, Lansen R. Ramsbey (Elizabeth) of Woonsocket, Natalia Ramsbey Sweet (Mike) of Wilbraham, MA and Noel Ramsbey Cain (Jeff) of Clinton, CT.; and his grandchildren, Kiley, Thomas, Grayson and Evan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
