He was predeceased by: his former wife Gladys L. Kemp (Keach); and his parents, Stephen M. Kemp and Evelyn Kemp (Osborne). He is survived by: his sons, Stephen M. Kemp, III of Newnan, GA and Darrell F. Kemp (Vicki) of Barstow, CA.; his sister Maryjane Platt of East Eddington, ME.; his grandchildren, Crystal L. Kemp, Kinsey L. Kemp and Dakota Kemp; and his great grandchildren, Lila and Jackson.
