He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Ballou and Bertha Waters (Ballou). He is survived by: his wife Lucille Ballou (Steere); his daughters, Theresa L. Conley (John) of Scituate and Lisa A. Smith (Paul) of Burrillville; his sister Judy Pedersen; his stepbrothers, Dennis and Michael Waters; and his grandchildren, Dylan Smith, Cassidy Smith-Williams and Victoria Shaw. He is also survived by numerous great- grandchildren.
