He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Quigley and Claire Quigley (Collins); and his siblings, Thomas and James Quigley. He is survived by: his wife Joan M. Quigley (Bouchard); his children, Christopher S. Quigley (Majbritt) of Rowley, MA, Heather M. Nogueira of Smithfield and Shannon M. Quigley of Johnston; his siblings, Carol Harnois, Mary Patkoske and John Quigley; and his grandchildren, Madeline, Jillian, Trevor Quigley, Sydney and Nathaniel Nogueira.
