He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin E. Herz and Beatrice Herz (Oplinger); and his brother Robert Herz (Sally) of Syracuse, NY.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Herz (Durkin); and his brother Randall Herz of Germany.
