It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Czekalski of Smithfield, Rhode Island, born in Central Falls, Rhode Island, who passed away on February 16, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Czekalski and Cecilia Czekalski (Siwy). She is survived by: her siblings, Catherine Pytel (Charles), Robert Czekalski (Susan) and Edward Czekalski; and her nieces and nephews, Cynthia, Amy Pytel, Jennifer Pothier, Alexandria and Sonja Czekalski.
