It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Meier of Smithfield, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Herman Meier (Rick); and her brothers, Pasquale and Ralph Matarese. She is survived by: her sons, Eric Meier (Martha) and Brian Meier (Laura); her grandchildren, Jacob, Rachel, Nicolas and Chloe Meier; and her siblings, Nicholas Matarese (Carole) and Lucy DeFrancesco. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
