Mary Azevedo Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Azevedo (Smithfield, Rhode Island), born in Taunton, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 18, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Pasquale Genovese and Raphael Genovese (Ruggiero); her husband Edward Azevedo; her siblings, Albert, Horace and Eleanor DeMello of Raynham; her daughters, Donna Marn (Gary) and Barbara Azevedo; and her grandchildren, Matthew Marn (Kendra), Allison Marn (Aaron Wassall) and Kristen Marn (Tyler Stillings). She was also cherished by one great-grandson, and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Michael Church, 80 Farnum Pike, Smithfield, R.I. 02917.
