We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2021, at the age of 59, Joseph L. Kingsley of Smithfield, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kingsley and Elizabeth Kingsley (Bailey). He is survived by: his brother Timothy Kingsley of Smithfield; and his friends, Kevin Lynch, Melissa Bailey, Brian Bailey, William Bailey, Shiela McElroy, Linda Mullaney, Sharon Bailey and Susan Robidoux (Marc) of Cumberland.
