He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrea D'Agostino and Giuseppina D'Agostino (Lancellotti); and his son David D'Agostino. He is survived by: his wife Marie C. D'Agostino (DiMauro); his grandchildren, David Russell of Evansville, IN, Nadia, Vera Dionne, Victoria and Clark D'Agostino; and his siblings, Antonetta Zinanni, Antimo D'Agostino, Raffaella Oliver, Carmella Calvitto, Andrea D'Agostino Jr., Francesca DiBenedetto, Anna Perfetto and Maria Faccenda.
