He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Lewis and Wilfred Lewis; and his brother Paul. He is survived by: his wife Joan Mollicone Lewis; his children, Jean and Albert Sigfusson; his grandchildren, Andrew and Samantha; his children, Helen and Barry Kehler; his grandson Jeff (Dionne); his great grandchildren, London, Lachlan, Lisa (Sarah), Jim and Liette Lewis; his stepchildren, Mark Mollicone, Lori Mollicone and Susan Mollicone; his grandson Mark Mollicone Jr; and also, Alyssa, Courtney Richard Lewis (Marie-Lynn Baryliuk), Patricia Lewis (Patrick Oshust), His and Mary Wilde (Dick). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
