Gartner (Smithfield, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 13, 2024 at the age of 93. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Gartner (Parente); his niece Pamela; and his nephew Justin.
