He is survived by: his sons, John F. Cunningham, Jr. of Smithfield, Scott M. Cunningham of Smithfield and Steven J. Cunningham of Smithfield; his grandchildren, Ashley, Kyle, Cassidy, Cody, Justin and Steven; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Logan, Chloe, Laurel and Aaliyah; and his brother Lloyd E. "Cut" Cunningham, Sr..
