He is survived by: his wife Karen Diggle (Venditelli); his children, Danielle Diggle of Melbourne, FL, Clayton Diggle (Samantha) of Greenville, RI, James (Tabbetha) of Palm Bay, FL and Brandon Diggle of Greenville, RI.; his stepdaughters, Amy Waterman of Greenville, RI and Kayla Metcalf of Meriden, CT.; his grandchildren, Hunter, Sean, Ozzy, Jordan, Michael, Phoenix, Keira, Evelyn and Gwenivere Elizabeth; and his siblings, Gary, Geoff, James, Kenneth, Howard Sr. and Tracy Traficante.
