She was predeceased by: her husband Neil B. Tubman; her parents, George Augustus Sprague Jr. and Gladys May Sprague (Potter); her siblings, George (Russell), Earl, Raymond, Robert, Donald, Norman, Louise, Dorothy, Virginia and Barbara; and her daughter Karen Jean Robitaille.

She is survived by: her children, Gail D. Dunbar of Taylors, Susan E. Williams (Ronald) of Johnston and Ronald N. Tubman (Gina) of Greenville.
