With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Decker of Smithfield, Rhode Island, born in Fulton, New York, who passed away on January 14, 2021 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Decker to pay them a last tribute.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan Decker; his parents, Richard Decker and Doris Decker (Frawley); and his children, Angela Januario and Patrick Decker. He was also cherished by four grandchildren.
