She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur L. Gagnon and Alice Gagnon (Menard); and her husband Frank Kelly. She is survived by: her children, Susan Opiekun (Robert), Michael Kelly (Christine) and Lori Chadwick (Mathew); her grandchildren, Brian, Kristin, Zackary, Mathew and Kyle; her great grandchildren, Keira, Catarina and Max; and her siblings, Pauline Foss and Laurent Y. Gagnon (Louise).
