He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Spaulding and Geraldine Spaulding (Rushe); and his father-in-law Frank Rawcliffe, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Kathy M. Spaulding (Bowry); his daughters, Karyn E. Spaulding of Pascoag and Alexandria C. Spaulding of Pascoag; his brother Charles R. Spaulding (Lauren) of Westminster, MD.; his siblings-in-law, Thomas, Karen Rotondo, Jr., Carol Ullrich and H. Richard Ullrich; and his mother-in-law Sandra Rawcliffe. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews and 7 great-nieces and nephews.
